No soda ban here: Mississippi passes ‘Anti-Bloomberg’ bill   :highclap:

Gov. Phil Bryant passed a law preventing counties, districts and towns from enacting rules that limit portion sizes. It follows New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s attempt to ban the sale of large, sugary drinks in the city â€" a move that fizzled when a judge blocked the effort.

What would stop any buyer from just getting two cups to get the same amount that is being banned?  I guess I'm just not as smart as boomburg and need to have people like him control my life? NOT

Okanagan

Dear Mayor Bloomberg,

Would you please limit the length of French fries?  I stopped at a Five Guys hamburger place last week and I could not believe the length of French fries that they cut from those dangerously large potatoes grown in Eastern WA.  They were twice as long as the average McDonald's French fry.   We need a standard for the food industry.  Just think how much fat potential I ate.  I can't stop thinking about it and want to go back to Five Guys.  You need to put a stop to this reckless and dangerous product.  Exert some political courage in obesity control.  A majority of people don't want to be fat and don't cling to their Big Gulps and French fries.

Maybe you could limit the size of potatoes farmers grow in Idaho and Washington.
