Not a keeper .  Slot fish,, I wanted to trim it. . It was fun and I'm probably hooked.  But I spent my years chasing other game. Foolish pursuits I know now.  Anyhoo,, variety is the spice of life!

Just for you Jim!   Walleyes have a white tip on the lower tail fin; do not have distinct blotches or mottling on the sides; forward (spiny) portion of the dorsal has dark streaks or blotches rather than the distinct black spots.
  Sauger do not have a white tip on lower tail fin; back is crossed with several dark saddles or blotches extending down both sides; distinct black spots on forward portion  of dorsal fin aligned in rows.

And I still dont see the white spot on it's tail, but I'm assuming there must be one there somewhere based the way your scolding me.
