Jim,

I didn't need to go.  I have one in my backyard.  Since it is still in pretty good shape I didn't think I needed a new one.   :innocent whistle:

Yeah they were close enough together & look very similar. I think same deer as well.

It sounds like somebody is afraid of the dark.  :innocentwhistle: :innocentwhistle:

Hey,

I am NOT afraid of the dark.  I am SCARED of the dark.  When you live in the ghetto you don't go out at night unless you have a firearm in each hand - not a camera in one and a firearm in the other!

Anyway a couple of weeks can make a difference.

P.S.  In looking at this post it does seem like I have a 'pair' of sheds.  Or at least two images.

:alscalls: :alscalls: i love it. Boy you guys got piled up with snow down there too.
Thats a nice shed. Where did ya find it? How old ya think it is? :laf:
Was it chewed at all?

While it wasn't too badly chewed when I got it, it was all in pieces.  Slowly but surely I put it all together.  As my brain is getting older it is harder for me to judge age, but my guess would be about five or six years.

As for the snow, that is about half the amount that was there.  This shot was well into the thaw.

I was driving by the grounds of Norristown State Hospital two days ago.  About 1,500 to 2,000 acres of farmland with the hospital in the middle and lots of deer in hedgerows and overgrown swampy/creek areas.  Anyway I saw a good size blocky looking deer a few hundreds yards away and figured it had to be a buck.  looking past it I saw another hop out to edge of the field.  He was a decent looking buck still hanging on to his antlers.  Probably the size of the sheds Glenn posted above.
