Wow!  I'd only seen one or two of those.  How many hikes have you done this summer???  Wish I could go on one with you but you'd walk my legs off.

FWIW for the rest of the F&F folks, last time I was down to Code's place he was planning to hike the next day.  He and a friend were going to hike several miles to a lake near timberline, leave the trail system to head across country and climb a peak, traverse a ridge a few miles to summit another peak, then bushwhack downhill back to the trail and out--- and then go to a wedding that evening!
