Just what we need another trial that will cost us millions on a man who was already deemed insane.  If this goes to trial and he is convicted he will probably be sentenced to time served.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

Well, there's no statute of limitations for capital crimes so they can and probably will try him for Brady's death. It (is) a separate crime.

Might be a silver lining and a good precedent.... in 35yrs we can charge Obunghole with the death of America.

I wish he could be charged a lot sooner than 35 years as I don't think I will still be around then and hope he will be gone long before me. cc

Well, my case will be even more complex.  When I was in seventh grade Ed hit me in the nose and when I die I would like to have Ed charged with murder.  The case becomes complex since Ed died in a car accident about 10 years ago.  Do you think they could exhume Ed's body for the trial and charge him with contempt when he refuses to answer questions?      :innocentwhistle:

Jerry,

Do what Jesse Ventura would do, sue Ed's widow.  :rolleye:
