Black bear goes to beach in violation of governor's order

Yesterday a black bear strolled by my son's place, pretty unusual, and then went on down the creek corridor through rural small holdings for 3 miles or so to the beach.  It got there at an extra low tide and waded awhile.  The neighbor filmed it with his drone.  Great stuff.  Video below.
