Title of the thread pretty much says it.  I'm guessing it is 60-70 miles to the mountain in the pic, maybe more.

Makes a man wonder.  I've always wished that even for one or two minutes I could see a flag sticking up over where each big game animal was as I look at a forested mountain.  Even a minute would show numbers, concentrations and some patterns that would be invaluable.
