That's a Barred owl reed set in your call.  The old "who cooks for you, who cooks for you now" with the trailing off laugh should get you in the ball park. 

Here's a link to a page that has the barred owl sounds on it.  About 1/2 of the way down the page.  When you listen to the recordings, pay attention to the "laugh" at the end.   You hear it often with barred owls.
