My new Umarex Markpoint pellet pistol had no way to mount an optic on it so I went old school shade tree mechanic on it. I got a Picatinny rail and clamped it on the top with liquid steel. That would probably work OK but I need to get some very shallow small self tapping screws and put those on it also. Then I am going to mount a red dot sight on it
