Bad News for You Acrylic Turners

I just got off the phone with my acrylic rep, and as of March 1st, standard color acrylic rod went up a buck a foot.

Peal and neon colors went up almost 4 bucks a foot.

I will continue to sell what I have in stock at the current prices, but when I have to order more, there will be a price increase.

I am sure it is going to come down to the increase in fuel prices.

Yes, Oil prices.

After Huricane Katrina, acrylic and delrin, almost all platics went up about 30%.  Now the oil prices are driving them up again.

Oh well, there's always wood  :)
