what does it do?

It is hollow.....like a turkey decoy and it is a heavy rubber so it is durable.......its mouth is open so you can put a critter in its mouth....It can be set to move in the wind or with one of those quiver moter things (I forget the name of it).............
Other than that.....It scares the hell out of my cat!......... :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:
