The photo entry needs the date on it.
The weapon used will be required to be in the photo.
The calls used will also be required.
The shooter will need to be in it as well.
Please post only your entry picture in this thread. Then post your picture & story in another thread. This should make it easier to ensure every entrant gets his/her name in the hat.

Good Luck to All & to all a Good Hunt!!

Hi Semp. It's a way to try to get the kids involved in the sport. Plus it will hopefully add a little color to the contest as well. If it is not possible to have a youth do the drawing it is OK. Just draw it yourself & we will happily accept that. I hope this clears it up for everybody.

Hi Tikaani. I will add Lynx. I added Wolves for our northern most Brethren too.  :yoyo:

It's not for electronic calls only Tikaani, but the winner does win an electronic caller.

Jim, Glen,

Thanks for the  info and the PM.  I am going to try something different for this.  I do very little calling over the winter, on the snowmachine covering area and sitting over kill sites is more what I tend to do.  I have a small draw (no trail) about three miles long off of an area that I am running some traps and preparing a site for spring bear.  I polished off the snowshoes and am going to set some snares along the way and brush up on the calling.  No baited traps to help lure them in, just snowshoeing, dragging a sled for three miles setting snares and stopping to call along the way.  Should be interesting addition to my winter activites.

So if I sneak out a half-mile in the snow and sub-zero temps on a sleeping fox I have yell HERE FOXXY!  :laf: What do you have against stalkers?  Out here in the open country calling is tough.  Sunrise, sunset and moonlight. pretty small windows of opportunity.

What if I let forgman, Nick, or Dave shoot it but I called it in for em?....... :laf:
Can I let frogman draw the Pic for me? :roflmao:
Can I fire warning shots to make it harder...... :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:
Will you drag it and skin it for me? :laugh2: :laugh2:
OK I'm just bored I will quit.
I can't wait for some entries..... :corn:

Just for clarification. The drawn picture is to be of the animal?

HaMeR

Hi nailbender. I don't have anything against stalkers at all. Predators need to be controlled by any means necessary. This is a predator calling contest tho. Nothing more. Nothing less.
