Semp is okay

I talked to Semp today. He was hit by the ice storm but is doing okay. Still without electricity and hot water but no serious damage to his house. He had been heating with a wood stove but now has a generator running his furnace so he is able to heat his entire house. Hopefully power will be restored in the next day or two. He tried to get on line but his computer didn't like the generator so he shut it down.
