I need a good topo map of the lbl. I was unable to find one on the lbl site. I found the general maps but I would like one a Little more detailed. I thought they sold them on-line. Am I wrong?

Thanks Mike

I know they used to sell maps at Golden Pond.

Here's a link to Topo Zone. They have an online mapping feature, sell 'em too.
http://www.topozone.com
Search: Land Between the Lakes, USGS Fenton (KY)

and another... Terra Server:
http://www.terraserver-usa.com
Search: type in land between the lakes as the city.

Hope it helps

Born and raised in the southern highlands of Appalachia, I'm just an ol' country boy who enjoys calling coyotes... nothing more, nothing less.

Land Between the Lakes Golden Pond Ky.

You can contact them by e-mail for the addie and prices of the maps. I think they are ten dollars each for the north half and south half. You can get them by snail mail if the address above doesn't get you what you need from topo zone.Jimmie

Thanks guys. One more thing, the Tenn side had a shot size of BBB a couple of years ago is that still in place? Is that that the largest size legal? Nobody stocks that size shot around here so if I want it it would be special order.

Our coyote season is open year round  in TN but special regulations apply on certain WMA's, public land and also during statewide big game seasons.

In general, BBB (.19") is the largest legal shotshell pellet size for coyotes in Tn. That is uness you're huntng coyotes (with a small game license), during big game seasons (deer, bear or boar),  then it's #4 birdshot and smaller. If you're big game hunting (with a big game license) and a coyote comes along you may shoot Mr. Coyote with any ammo legal for big game.

Clear as mud?

In short, there are no big game seasons open in TN during the LBL hunt, therefore BBB and smaller shot is legal for coyote.

Mike,

The TVA Map Store in Chattanooga,TN carry the LBL Maps.

Here's their link:
       https://maps.tva.com/Scripts/MetaWeb/map_topo.asp?ID=74184
scroll down page under Other Topographic Maps

I just ordered mine and the two map set costs $15.00 plus $3.50 shipping.
