ok fellows located these coyote's awhile back these yote's were really deep in a holler so i hiked in give out my series of howl's and about 10 min's after it started to rain, i thought i heard a faint bark up the holler a couple hundred about 3 min's later the old dog appeard. i shot him about 30 yrd's with my shot gun another one for ole hillbilly lesson learned sometimes you got to take a big hike to kill a dog.

OK THIS IS FOR SMITH IF YOU HOWL YOU NEED TO STAY LONGER ON STAND LOUD HOWLS LIKE I USE REACH A LONG WAYS YOU GOT TO GIVE THEM TIME YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW DEEP THEY ARE AND THEY DONT ALWAYS ANSWER BACK THEY WILL SNEAK IN ON YOU TRY TO LOCATE AND SCOUT FOR GOOD FRESH SIGN FIRST THEN GO FOR IT BE PATIENTIT DONT HAPPEN FAST VERY OFTEN IF YOU LEAVE IN 15 YOUR WALKING AWAY FROM YOUR DOGS I AWAYS STAY FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR WHEN I GO TO OK WE STAY 5 TO 10 MAX THEY GOT LOADS OF DOGS ITS OVER FAST ITS ALOT HARDER IN THE EAST

I like to stay on a stand for forty five minutes to an hour myself. To many times I see tracks on the way out that werent there on the way in.
