Early April Outting

Made it out yesterday even though the water temps havent even reached 50 yet. Hoping maybe there'd be a few lurkers working the shorline in seek of warmth.

Kyle caught 3 bass 12 inches or so, said they were too little for a photo

And I caught 1 at 15.

Lots of stuff moving around, getting spooked by the lure flipping but not a lot of action.

This little feller was getting closer and closer to us the whole time there. It didn't set really good with me since he shouldn't even have been out and about this time of day.
He acted real slow and sluggish, and worry free. We finally decided to call er a day and he was setting in the middle of the road licking himself. He let us get pretty close before he waddled off, and that truck is LOUD with dual exhaust and glasspacks.
I'm sure he was sick as hell.

Nice bass to open the season with Jim.

It'll just keep gettin better now.
I've got monday thru wednesday off and was hopeing to do some fishin but it's supposed to rain all 3 days.

Nice fish Jim and it's bigger than any Bass I ever caught. I also expected to see a pictorial tutoring us on coon skinning.

All I got was some real Ugly Dude standing next to a Ford that seemed to be stuck in the mud or something......

That warm air never made it Al...went down a bit this morning and got froze out with the North winds hammerin in. It shut everything right off.
