What I find absolutely fantastic (and much appreciated) is that ALL the participants walk away with some nice prizes. 

All the youths are commended on their great season, and allowing us to participate vicariously through their hunt by the sharing of their pictures and stories. You should all be proud of yourselves.

The prizes are just icing on the cake for them!
