I guess you missed the point

I have been making this call for the last 2 years they copied it. I suppose I just dont think it is funny or ethical. But maybe it's just me.

They've done it before. Remember the Double Clucker goose call? I know the guy who designed that call.
If ya got something ya don't want copied........better get a patent on it.

Al,

I was referring to the name on the knight and Hale call "Blasting Chamber".

I don't think someone copying your call is at all funny or ethical and I don't know how you would take that from my post.

I don't know if you've seen my line of calls yet or not but they are a look completely of their own. I don't want anyone else copying my calls and I know how it would upset me and I'm sure you feel the same. That being said that doesn't surprise me from a company as big as Knight and Hale, they do what they want to make a buck.

I don't find YOUR situation funny whatsoever.

al I sent curt a pm explaining the situation. remember he is a new fella here and does not know what has happened in the last few years. so please don't hold it against him.

and that burl on that call still drives me wild. even the black wood is awesome looking in the sun.

I don't know if it will help but we should start a mass e-mail to Knight & Hale complaining and make sure there is a post about it on all forums. Al, I'm right there with you, I'd be having a bad day too.

Yep, I sent in my disapproval as well. I have also stated a similar thread on my local forums. While maybe legal, it is sure unethical.

that call is amazing al and you can show it off whenever ya want. hopefully I can get a few pics this fall of killed critters with it. not many closed reeds stay on my laynard very long. this one is one that will stay on for a good bit I feel.
